I AM proud of myself and I'm going to continue to eat more healthy foods. I feel I've somehow graduated into a better life style. I'm VERY glad I did this program. I guess I had the wrong idea about the program in the past. I thought I'd have to be off work and be by the bathroom, if you know what I mean. But it wasn't like that at all. I wish I had done it earlier, but I'm very glad I'm on the path to a healthier life NOW!!

I plan on drinking the shake when I get home from work. That's when I may need somthing but I don't want to eat a meal or snack on the wrong stuff. I admit I do have a better appreciation for food. As I think I had told you, when my ex-husband had a problem with food (he was 405 pounds and addicted to food), I didn't EVER think I would have a problem with food. I realize I need to get it under control. So this program really gave me the jump start I needed.

In 2007, Dr Renee did more for me than she will ever know. My unborn son's health was at risk due to my health condition. I had radiating pain down my sciatic nerve due to 1 significant herniation and 4 bulging discs. My goal was to avoid surgery. I had Spine Med Treatment with Ultrasound Therapy following the Spine Med. I am SO GLAD that I opted for this treatment. I am pain free for 3 weeks!! My cure was due to the Spine Med and Ultrasound. Dr Renee and Nancy are excellent, compassionate professionals. Thanks to all. No other practitioners came close to the quality and effectiveness of the treatment at AcuCare.

In my own experience, it was a few weeks after completing SpineMed that I felt the full benefit of treatment. To sit, stand or walk produced a crunching bone-on-bone sensation in my lower back for many years. I have had numerous steroid injections and nerve blocks to my spine. After completing SpineMed, I no longer have constant pain in my lower back. It feels great to have more energy and a better posture again. Thank you also to Nancy, whose attentive care helped beyond words.

Last August I came to AcuCare in hopes of relieving my back pain. I had pain in my lower back and hips causing me to limp. I was diagnosed with herniated disks. I was offered the opportunity to try the SpineMed. After treatment on the SpineMed my back felt much better and I no longer limped. I would and have recommended AcuCare and the SpineMed to others.

Doctor Jung has been my chiropractor for over 8 years. He has helped me stay healthier not only with my back issues but other health issues that I have faced over the years. He is very understanding and makes sure that you are healthy overall. He takes his time to treat you and makes it a point to be on a personal level with you. He knows every patient personally and remembers the details they tell him not only about their health but about their life. He is one of the nicest doctors in the world!

I went into see an MD about severe back pain, and was told I was either facing a lifetime of meds or back surgery, neither of which I wanted of course. So instead, I went in to see Dr Jung. 6 mos of corrections and traction got my vertebrae back to where they needed to be (spondilolysthesis) and quite frankly, I know he saved me a lot of pain, heartache and $$!! I will forever be grateful to him, and the fitness advice he gave to keep healthy. Awesome guy, awesome Chiropractor!!

Today we saw Dr. Renee for the first time and it was amazing for both of us. Ever since my 2 year old was born, her hands and feet have always been cold and either red or purple. My 2 year old quickly jumped up on the table when Dr. Renee asked her to. She adjusted her spine and I am amazed tonight that blood actually feels like it is running to her hands and feet and for the 1st time since she was born her hands and feet were warm and normal. What a difference one time makes. Thank you so much!
